E-Newsletters
We e-mail a newsletter about 10 to 15 times a year to residents who have given us an e-mail address.
If you haven’t received an e-newsletter in the last few months, we likely don’t have you in our roster.

Annual Mailer
January is the only time of the year we schedule a physical mailing to reach those without e-mail addresses. This mailing includes a newsletter including the Annual Meeting agenda, annual dues invoice and return envelope.
Emergency Call Service
In 2008, we established a service where, with the push of a button, we can send a phone message to all residents who’ve provided us a phone number. It goes to every phone number you provide us. To opt out, send an e-mail to info@piedmontpines.org. We use this only for urgent matters. Some examples:
