We installed a bank of solar photovoltaic panels on our roof this past March. It took PG&E several months to install a new meter and "hook us up". They obtained a few thousand KWHs from us without issuing any credit. They did not have the "audit" of our system done for more than 6 months more. This delayed our California Solar Initiative rebate by more than 10 months from date of installation. They rated the efficiency far less than was accurate. Have others had similar issues?
