Progress
01/05: Bob Meyers teamed up with Mike Petouhoff, President
of Shepherd Canyon’s association, to win an appeal that essentially
protects current zoning standards and denies avoidance of Major Variance
requirements in the development of substandard lots. Simply stated,
the Meyers-Petouhoff duo ensured the right of neighbors to become involved
in such zoning and development issues.
