We’re seeking volunteers to help with entire tasks or any part of the task.
We’ll tailor the task to your time budget.

Processing annual dues payments. Requires general computer skills/Excel, but can be as simple as helping us open envelopes and organize roster forms/checks. |

Intersection signs to announce annual meeting, and other community meetings as they occur. Graphic design skills would be ideal, but also need someone to work with the vendor to get them printed; post them at intersections 1 week before meeting; pick them up 1 day after meeting. |

Annual invoice/annual meeting agenda mailer: Using existing template or creating a whole new look, create the annual dues invoice which also includes the annual meeting agenda, and is mailed the 1st week in January each year. Work with printer/mail house to keep job on schedule, in budget. |

E-Newsletter: Develop content for monthly newsletter under direction of Communications Director and Board. Coordinate design/layout (currently using Constant Contact). Familiarity with e-mail campaigns, inserting links and images. Follow list-serves within Montclair for sharable news. |

Database of residents: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Access required. Input dues payments by address; set up queries, forms and reports as needed, working under direction of Communications Director and Board. Upload e-mail address changes to e-newsletter vendor. |

Maintain map of PPNA’s Organized Neighborhoods. Knowledge of and access to Adobe Photoshop required. |

Help new neighborhoods get organized: Recruit block captains, participate in initial meetings to get them established with boundaries, a roster, an action plan. |

Scrub existing data on MONs: Contact each existing PPNA MON to verify boundaries, training completed and other information PPNA tracks. |
2 hours to draft and distribute e-mail request |
Help each MON set up a list-serve that PPNA can feed info into (eg. Crime alerts). Set leaders up on auto-call distribution on breaking news. |
