Live in Piedmont Pines, but not yet a member of our association?

There is no substitute for involved citizens pitching in to maintain the high quality of life and beauty that surrounds us.  Join now!

If you haven't been getting emails or other correspondence from us, you probably aren't in our roster. Let us stay in touch with you by becoming a member right now.  It's easy. The first step is to send us your name(s), street address and email address(es) and the year you moved in.

If you're already hearing from us, you don't need to join, you  just need to pay dues to become an association member. Dues are completely voluntary, and run on a calendar year. Dues start at just $35 for the year.  Many pay at higher levels because they value the work the association does on their behalf. Pick the level that's right for you.

 How to pay dues

To pay online once you're in the PPNA roster:

  1. Click on Sign In at the top of this page to get into our Member Center.
  2. Enter your user name and password. At startup, your user name is your email address. You can change it to anything you'd like within the Member Center.  f you don't remember or never received a password, on the Sign In page, scroll down to Forgot Password. The system will flip you back a link to set a new password.
  3. Once you're signed in, you'll see a  message as to whether your dues are current or your membership has expired. If expired, you'll have the option to pay on line or generate a PDF invoice you can mail in. (Dues expire at the end of each calendar year)
If you'd prefer to pay dues by mail, send to:
Piedmont Pines Neighborhood Association
PO Box 13292
Oakland, CA 94661-3292

Your dues payment covers membership and voting rights for two adults per household from January through December. Perhaps the single most important benefit to membership is the clout we have with civic decisionmakers that would be hard to muster household by household.  We've earned the active participation of our Mayor, Chief of Police, District 4 Council Person and other City leaders at our Annual Community Meetings

If you want to know how your dues are spent, check out our financials, and skim through our accomplishments over the last 70 years to get a glimpse at how hard your dues work. We hope that after you've done that you'll join PPNA to add strength to our numbers.
